Blur

So. I was experimenting with the blur tool in gimp, and then I said to myself, 'hey, wouldn't it be cool if I made an emoticon that blurs in and out?'
Then, being the absolute genius that I am, I made this.
I'm not quite sure what's going on with the shadow, but I suppose I'll fix that later..

EDIT: I fixed the shadow problem (relatively), but it is a bit fast for some reason, I can fix that, just not now, too tired.
